  My agent, Jeffery A Bryant set an appointment to meet me in his office at 9am. I received an email confirming the day and time and all the paperwork I needed to bring. I drove the 20 minutes to the office and when I arrived, the person at the desk asked who I was there to see. She said Jeffery wasn’t in yet and would call him. After a couple of minutes, she said the appointment was set for the next day. I showed the desk person the email (printed for my convenience) and confirmed I had the right day. She explained it to Jeffery who then asked to speak with me. I took the phone and Jeffery said the appointment was set for the next day. He then asked if I could “keep the appointment for tomorrow as planned” since he couldn’t make it that day. I told him I was too busy and I would call him when I needed him. I understand mistakes occur, people get busy and need to change things, but this agent made no apologies for wasting my time and acted as if the appointment was still supposed to be the next day. This lack of taking responsibility for his mistake was the most frustrating part. I am applying for a new agent and possibly a new insurance company. Robert McHenry Illinois

  Jeff has been a great agent. I have been with him from the start. He is knowledgeable, and very helpful every step of the way, even if it isn't in his job duties. I have referred many friends, family, and co-workers to him. If you are looking to do insurance, investments, business insurance, etc., Jeff is your guy!
